Misti has been with HR Marc since its inception in 1998 and became President in 2019. With extensive experience in construction operations and financial management, she specializes in improving processes, supporting project teams, and ensuring organizational success. She also serves on the board of the Central Texas Subcontractor Association and is a member of the C12 Georgetown Forum. Outside of work, Misti enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, riding her Can-Am Spyder, and attending Christian concerts.
Jorge Arakaki

Jorge Arakaki has been a valued member of the HR Marc team for nearly four years, bringing dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every project he supports. He is committed to continuous professional growth and takes pride in contributing to efficient, well-executed operations through collaboration and attention to detail. Jorge values strong teamwork and believes that clear communication is key to keeping projects running smoothly and successfully. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering on his children at their sporting events.

Natalie Killingsworth
Executive assistant
Natalie is the Executive Assistant at HR Marc Company, where she provides organizational and administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Though new to the team, she brings a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for efficiency. She plays a key role in supporting leadership and enhancing internal processes. Her combination of organization, creativity, and strong communication skills helps contribute to the success of the team. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.
Chuck Moran
controller
Chuck is a Controller and CFO-level finance leader with hands-on operational experience spanning roles as a CFO/Owner, General Manager, and Office/Operations leader. He brings a strong foundation in accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, reconciliations, and delivering clear, executive-ready financial insights. Chuck values open, consistent communication with customers, colleagues, and leadership to support effective decision-making. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and playing card games with family and friends.
Kaleb Killingsworth
Vice President & estimator
Kaleb joined HR Marc in 2016 and soon after began working in estimating, where he developed a strong foundation in project planning and cost analysis. Today, Kaleb continues to oversee all estimating for HR Marc while also serving as Vice President, supporting the company’s operations and long-term growth.
Kaleb is known for his approachable personality and ability to connect easily with others—he truly never meets a stranger. Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys spending time on the golf course and hunting whenever he gets the opportunity.
Jake

Jake joined HR Marc in 2020 and has been keeping the team smiling ever since. As the company’s Chief Morale Officer, Jake takes his role seriously—greeting visitors, accepting treats, and reminding everyone to take the occasional break for a game of fetch. He enjoys anything involving water, riding in the Polaris, relaxing on the office couch, and making new friends. His friendly personality and enthusiasm make him a favorite among employees, clients, and visitors alike. When he’s not at work, Jake keeps his parents, Kaleb and Natalie, entertained at home.

Amelia is a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist and Accounts Payable professional at HR Marc Company with a passion for organization, wellness, and helping others through both her work and daily life. She plays an important role in ensuring payroll and financial processes are handled accurately and efficiently. She also enjoys ministry, building meaningful connections, and making new friends while bringing kindness and encouragement to those around her.
